Robert T. Lugo is the founder of RTL Electric, established in 2019. With over 24 years of experience in the electrical industry, he has built a strong reputation for excellence, specializing in custom residential projects and advanced troubleshooting.

A proud National City native, Bobby is deeply committed to serving his community both professionally and personally. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving expertise, he approaches every project with integrity, precision, and a dedication to quality workmanship.

Outside of his work in the field, Bobby is actively involved in his community. He serves as the Senior Pastor at Mercy and Grace Church in National City and enjoys coaching his daughters’ softball team. Above all, he values time spent with his family. He has been married to his wife, Diana, for over 20 years, and together they are raising their four daughters.
